"We rolled over this to agency from Colorado in October. When we were getting going Rodney personally called me to say thank you for choosing them and just introduced himself, talked about his family, and his wife (who also is in the office). We have spoken a handful of times to Denise, she has been nothing but sweet every time we do. I will say that’s the first time anyone’s done that. I have had State Farm for over 20 years now. Their rates even beat USAA. Anyways! We recently just had a major issue come up and I was pretty livid with underwriting and the office. Turns out it was not their issue, it happened to be either a system error where some coverage got dropped or Colorado office took it off for a reason we will never know. "Here I am again with yet another great experience at Rodney Sherrill Insurace Agency. Today I had the pleasure of working Tyler. He was very patient with me as I asked for quotes on different adjustments to my account. He didn't seem to be annoyed in any way and made me feel like he enjoyed helping me. Once I decided exactly what I wanted, he had no problem going back to the beginning and changing my policy for me. As I was speaking with him, he heard a car horn blowing at me and asked what happened.
