"We rolled over this to agency from Colorado in October. When we were getting going Rodney personally called me to say thank you for choosing them and just introduced himself, talked about his family, and his wife (who also is in the office). We have spoken a handful of times to Denise, she has been nothing but sweet every time we do. I will say that’s the first time anyone’s done that. I have had State Farm for over 20 years now. Their rates even beat USAA. Anyways! We recently just had a major issue come up and I was pretty livid with underwriting and the office. Turns out it was not their issue, it happened to be either a system error where some coverage got dropped or Colorado office took it off for a reason we will never know. I appreciate Rodney doing the digging they did to figure out what the heck was going on. He spent an hour on the phone with my husband, and myself, this evening. It meant more than he know.
